These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Roshi mobile application ("Roshi" or the "App"). By downloading or using Roshi, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Roshi is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms in your jurisdiction.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Roshi on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

Wellness Disclaimer

Roshi is a mindfulness and wellness app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek advice from a qualified health professional for medical concerns.

No Account Requirement

Roshi does not require account creation to use core features.

In-App Purchases (Optional Tips)

Roshi may offer optional one-time tips via Apple In-App Purchase.

Payments are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Except where required by law or Apple policy, purchases may be non-refundable.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Roshi runs on Apple platforms and may rely on Apple services (for example, App Store and In-App Purchase infrastructure). We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our control.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App;
• use the App to violate any law or infringe rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

App Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Roshi at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Roshi (including app design, branding, and content we provide) remain ours or our licensors' property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roshi is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the App.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Roshi at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Roshi after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your local jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
